Topics We Love
The best fit is anything that helps our readers swap a screen for something tangible. A few directions we're always happy to see:
- Screen-free and offline activities for kids, families, or adults
- Digital detox tips, habits, and personal stories
- Mindful living, slow living, and managing screen time wisely
- Analog hobbies — coloring, puzzles, journaling, crafts, and more
- Parenting in a screen-heavy world
- The benefits of paper-based and tangible activities
Have an idea outside this list but still in the spirit of screen-free, mindful living? Pitch it — we're open to it.
Submission Guidelines
To keep the quality high for our readers, here's what we're looking for:
- Original writing that has not been published anywhere else, including your own blog
- 700–1,200 words, written in a warm, honest, reader-first voice
- A short author bio (50 words max) with one relevant link to your site or profile
- First-hand experience and specifics — real stories beat generic advice
What We Don't Accept
- Previously published or AI-spun content with no original voice
- More than one backlink, or links that are unrelated, promotional, or spammy
- Thinly veiled product pitches, affiliate dumps, or keyword-stuffed copy
- Anything off-topic, low-effort, or written only to place a link
A Few Honest Notes
We read every submission, but we can't publish them all, and we don't guarantee acceptance. We may lightly edit accepted pieces for clarity, style, and length. We don't do paid placements, and we don't exchange links — if your piece is a good fit for our readers, the single bio link is yours to keep.
